CHAT CRM

  • Chat will be marked as seen only if the viewer is assigned to the chat
  • If chat is manually reassigned to someone else, chat will be marked as unseen

Chatbot Configuration

  • A bug related to delay in Waiting message delivery for active bot session, and chatbot to agent routing when bot flow has ended or the user stopped responding has been fixed.

    Welcome Message/Out of Office Message Settings

    • “Negative Keywords” feature has been introduced. When a Negative Keyword is available in an incoming message, Cunnekt will check if the incoming message has the defined negative keyword in it, and if the keyword is found, a Welcome/OOO Message will not be sent.
